Master Artists

Master Artists

This book is intended for people of all faiths and backgrounds. The life principles recommended in this book are based upon The Golden Rule, namely to do unto others as we ourselves wish to be treated. As explained in another section, this Golden Rule is actually a central principle in most of our world’s religions. So as not to offend anyone, this book attempts to treat all religions and faiths equally, while at the same time sincerely respecting everyone’s personal religious beliefs.

Broadly speaking, all of us exist as a part of the Universe, so obviously we have been created, and therefore there IS a Creator. Throughout the world, many different names have been have been created for this Creator which in alphabetical order include: Allah, God, Holy Spirit, Immanuel, Jehovah, Jesus, Lord, Yahweh, and, the list goes one. Some people have a deep devotion to the ideas of a particular person or prophet and in alphabetical order relate with such names as Buddha, Confucius, Mohammed, etc. So as not to suggest a preference for any one of those names, this author has chosen to use still another name, that of Master Artist, which in many ways fits the theme of this book, namely that our mission is to beautify the world, and our lives are meant to be artistic adventures.

Mysteriously perhaps, our Creator has obviously chosen to create mankind in the forms of two genders, female and male. Ideally, they can work together as teams and thereby enhance each other’s creativity. Therefore, this book takes the liberty to describe our Creator as a single creative being, the essence of which is a combination of male and female creativity, further described figuratively as a team of two Master Artists in the forms of a man and a woman who are equal in importance and comprise a single creative entity.

With all due respect for the stories of creation found in the Bible and other texts, this book kindly suggests that there is more to the story, which is as follows: It is conceivable that the Master Artists who created the Universe intended Planet Earth to become a magnificent work of art. Therefore, they created special artists to create this planetary masterpiece for them. As explained in this book’s introduction, these created Artists are Bodies of Humanity. It is conceivable that all of us were meant to be individual cells in one or more Bodies of Humanity whereby all of us would participate in beautifying this world. Through this artistic participation, all of us have the potential to earn due respect from others in return for our contributions, with each of us contributing in our own unique way. Obviously, that has not happened, not yet at least!  This book offers suggestions for everyone to help fulfill this Master Artist Dream.
